Crossroads is proud to foster community integration for adults with intellectual disabilities in the Solano County area of California. We operate two 6-bed Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/DD-H), located in Dixon, and an Adult Day Center in Vacaville, called Co-Op. For more information, please click one of the following:

Our team is comprised of professional staff and consultants, a management team with over 25 years combined experience, and a dedicated crew of direct care staff, coordinators, instructors and drivers. Together, we strive to ensure that residents and participants receive only the highest quality personalized services.
Crossroads Living Center and Crossroads Community Options were co-founded by CEO, Julie Schuder in 1995 and 1999, respectively. Julie discovered her passion as a child and since 1989, she has helped people with intellectual disabilities live as productive members of society. She continues to oversee Crossroads' operations as CEO and President of the Board of Directors.
Our caring staff is led by Administrator/Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), Samika Simmons. Samika has a BA in Human Services and over 20 years experience. Her profession brings her joy because it allows her to help others live well-rounded, fulfilled lives.

Ri'Neshe Wynn is a manager at Crossroads Living Center. Her passion lies in care-giving and her 15-years' experience began when she cared for a family member. Ri'Neshe's caring nature, patience, and natural inclination to help others, coupled with her hands-on experience, management skills, enthusiasm and honesty make her a fantastic manager.
Jacquelyn Barkum is our Administrative Assistant. She has been in administration for over ten years, and she appreciates the rewards that come with helping others through her work with Crossroads.
Yquadea (Dovey) is a Registered Nurse Consultant at Crossroads Living Center with 27 years in the Healthcare Industry. Specializing in Corporate Management, Geriatrics, Home Health, and Hospice, Dovey uses that experience to provide compassionate care to those in need. Dovey may spend time consulting at Crossroads Living Center, but it’s the time spent with each Client that motivates her month after month.
When she’s not at Crossroads, Dovey loves spending time with her grandchildren.
